The Clifton Center a nonprofit conference and performance center, open to community groups and individuals for events under 500 people.
We're glad to have bands use the Center, but we don't usually book them in the normal sense of the word.
Any group can rent our Theater for their own concert, sell their own tickets, provide their own house staff, PR, etc.  In addition to the rental fee (usually $425.) there is a $15 per hour fee for our tech director to be in the space for set up and performance.  The TD operates lights and assists with sound.  We also require that users provide us with a certificate of liability insurance.
Since our Eifler Theater is a handsome historic place, we don't usually allow drinks or food to be brought into the space but many groups rent an adjacent room to serve intermission snacks and beverages.
